January 18, 2010 Rapidtrials participates in MRCT Industry Summit Meeting
Major pharmaceutical companies, global site representatives, foundations and oversight organizations have been meeting since 2009 to discuss how industry sponsors can and should encourage improvements in the efficiency, quality and ethics of conducting global clinical trials. At recent “summit meeting,” hosted by Pfizer and Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on January 18th and 19, 2010 one of the 4 workgroups recommended a more comprehensive and data driven approach to global study feasibility and site selection to ensure better outcomes. The “PDF” below summarizes the scope of the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Project.
